Biography
Emilia has been supporting organizations in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations since 2019. She has experience advising both private and public sector entities. As a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for several dozen organizations, she supports clients in the ongoing management of risks associated with personal data processing. She also delivers training sessions, develops data protection documentation, and contributes as an expert to industry publications. In addition, she has conducted dozens of audits assessing compliance with data protection laws.
Emilia has particular expertise in advising companies belonging to international corporate groups, as well as organizations operating in the medical and IT sectors. She combines legal knowledge with practical business experience and a strong understanding of organizational realities, enabling her to help clients develop solutions that meet both legal requirements and business objectives.
She is a qualified Attorney-at-Law and holds a certification as a Lead Auditor of an Information Security Management System compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
