Biography
Karolina has more than a decade of experience advising on corporate and commercial law matters. She supports companies, domestic and international corporate groups, as well as individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of complex corporate and transactional projects. Her areas of expertise include corporate reorganizations, such as mergers, demergers, and transformations, including cross-border reorganizations.
She also advises on contributions in kind, transactions involving businesses and organized parts of enterprises (OPEs), shareholder disputes, and the design and implementation of incentive schemes. By combining extensive legal expertise with a practical understanding of business, Karolina helps clients achieve their objectives by delivering solutions tailored to both legal requirements and organizational needs.
Karolina is an attorney-at-law and has been with Grant Thornton Legal since 2022.
