Biography
Katarzyna has 18 years of experience in advising international capital groups and Polish enterprises. She specialises in VAT, tax function transformation, and the automation of tax compliance processes. She advises foreign investors on the planning and structuring of their operations in Poland.
She has extensive experience in implementation projects in the area of VAT compliance, tax and financial reporting (including e-invoicing, JPK/SAF-T, MMP, verification of the VAT taxpayers’ White List, and e-financial statements). She has advised on business transformations, the implementation of new operating models, and the optimisation of tax processes. She represents clients in tax audits and in disputes with tax authorities as well as before administrative courts.
Since 2025, she has been associated with Grant Thornton.
