Oskar specializes in M&A deals, handling both the sale-side and buy-side advisory in traditional and modern industries. He has completed several transactions, including in the IT, manufacturing, and services sectors.

His areas of interest also include strategic planning and the stock market. He previously gained experience working at a brokerage house and as an independent consultant in corporate financing.

He joined Grant Thornton’s M&A team in 2021.
