Grant Thornton provided advisory services in the acquisition of Teknikum Group by Sanok Rubber Company

Grant Thornton Poland, together with Grant Thornton Finland, Grant Thornton Hungary, and Grant Thornton Germany, acted as the transaction, financial and tax advisors in connection with the Sanok Rubber Company S.A’s acquisition of Teknikum Group.

Jonni Leporanta, Aleksi Nieminen, and Zenon Wawryszko took charge of financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and process coordination. Meanwhile, Jan-Erik Rae, Borbala Bodo and Torben Schlitt were responsible for conducting tax due diligence.

The aim of this acquisition is to enhance the product portfolio diversity of Sanok Group, expand geographical sales reach, and leverage existing synergies in terms of know-how.

Sanok Rubber Company S.A. is the European leader in the field of rubber products, offering a wide portfolio of products for the automotive, construction, agriculture, pharmacy and household appliance industries.

Teknikum Group is Finland-based enterprise specialised in the design and manufacturing of wear and corrosion protection solutions, industrial hoses, and customer-specifically tailored polymer products. Teknikum Group employs c. 600 employees in four manufacturing plants in Finland, one in Hungary and a sales office in Germany.
