Grant Thornton advised on sale of Drukarnia Prasowa S.A.

We are pleased to announce that that Grant Thornton acted as financial and legal M&A advisor to the owner of Drukarnia Prasowa in the process of selling the company’s shares to Polish private individual.

As part of the transaction, we provided comprehensive support throughout the transaction process. Our team supported the Company and the Seller at every stage of the process, including preparing information materials about the company, negotiating initial offers, managing due diligence as well negotiating the financial and legal part of transaction documentation.

Drukarnia Prasowa S.A. in Łódź has been around for several decades now and was one of the first companies on the Polish market to specialise in web offset printing. The company specialises in high-volume printing, but also in mid- and low-volume printing orders. Its modern machines and collaboration with globally-renowned and valued producers of raw materials and consumables enable the company to achieve a very high printing quality.
