Our support included conducting financial and tax due diligence, as well as performing a valuation of the target company. The valuation of the company was carried out using a range of methodologies appropriate to its stage of development. In addition, the team analyzed the company’s budget and financial forecasts for the coming years, assessing their validity and feasibility in light of market conditions, the competitive landscape, and key industry-specific factors.
The transaction was part of a seed funding round in which ReSpo.Vision raised PLN 18 million. The largest investor was Vinci, followed by Smartlink Partners, with the remaining capital provided by Business Angels.

ReSpo.Vision is a Polish deep tech startup that has developed a proprietary tracking system which automatically captures 3D positional data from sports matches. The company plans to use the collected data to generate a realistic 3D reconstruction of the match, which can be viewed from any perspective — for example, from the stands, behind the goal, or through the eyes of a specific player.
