The acquisition of Glerco Sp. z o.o. marks another step in strengthening the Group’s presence in the Polish market and expanding its offering of services aimed at improving workplace environments and commercial spaces.
Grant Thornton’s team conducted comprehensive financial and tax due diligence and provided support in the area of transaction advisory. The scope of work included an analysis of the financial and tax position of the target as well as supporting the client in the investment decision-making process.
The transaction enables Rentokil Group to further strengthen its market position in Poland and develop its Ambius service line. The integration of Glerco, operating in the greenery and plant arrangement segment, allows for the expansion of the service portfolio and better leveraging of growth potential in this area.
