Grupa Pracuj entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in No Fluff Jobs, one of the best-known recruitment platforms specializing in job postings with transparent salary information. The seller was Ringier Axel Springer Polska, which had acquired control of No Fluff Jobs in 2022.
The acquisition is aligned with Grupa Pracuj’s strategy of further developing and strengthening its position in the HR services and online recruitment market. Combining the capabilities and expertise of both organizations is expected to support the continued enhancement of services offered to employers and candidates, particularly in the area of IT and technology recruitment.
