At the end of September 2026, three family foundations acquired a 100% stake in Park Mila Płońsk Sp. z o.o. Grant Thornton supported the investors throughout the transaction process by conducting financial, tax and legal due diligence and providing comprehensive transaction advisory services.
Park Mila Płońsk Sp. z o.o. owns the Mila Płońsk shopping centre, located at 59 Warszawska Street in Płońsk. The company’s core business is the long-term lease of retail space. The property offers approximately 3,400 sq. m of leasable retail space.
The acquisition enables the investors to further diversify their family wealth through an investment in commercial real estate generating long-term rental income.
As part of the transaction, the Grant Thornton team conducted comprehensive due diligence on Park Mila Płońsk Sp. z o.o., covering financial, tax and legal matters. The advisers also supported the investors on matters related to the execution of the transaction.
