Biography
Grzegorz has over ten years of experience in tax consultancy. He specializes in tax analyses for the restructuring of entities and capital groups, transactions on shares and stocks, and the tax optimisation concepts. He has extensive experience in structuring capital groups, planning and implementation of reorganization transactions (mergers, divisions, transformations of companies, transactions on shares, shares, enterprises and their parts), structuring of mergers and acquisitions.
A member of the specialist team for family businesses.
Distinguished in the 9th and 13th Ranking of Tax Advisors of the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna – 3rd place in the category: Mergers and Acquisitions and 2nd place in the category: Corporate Income Tax.
