Biography
For over 10 years, Agnieszka has advised international businesses, foreign-owned companies, and multinational groups on corporate, commercial, and business law matters in Poland. She supports clients with ongoing corporate advisory services, corporate governance matters, and compliance-related issues. Her experience includes advising on company formations, day-to-day corporate governance, and liquidation processes.
Agnieszka also specializes in international sanctions regulations, helping businesses ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. By combining legal expertise with a practical understanding of business operations, she assists clients in achieving their operational and organizational objectives. Agnieszka is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
She joined Grant Thornton Legal in 2019.
