Biography
Marek provides legal advice on matters related to corporate law, civil law, and intellectual property law. He specializes in M&A and capital transactions, with particular expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint venture projects.
Marek is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He is also a member of a specialist team dedicated to family businesses and a co-author of the book The Future of My Company, devoted to issues affecting family-owned businesses. He has authored numerous publications on corporate law and M&A transactions in specialist legal and business journals.
He joined Grant Thornton Legal in 2014.
