Biography

Justyna participates in projects related to capital transactions. She specializes in providing legal services to foreign entities, in capital transactions and in ongoing advisory in terms of corporate law, labour law and civil law. She participates in restructuring projects and projects related to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
and the Poznań University of Economics. She successfully completed course entitled Introduction to English Law and the Law of the European Union run by The British Law Centre in cooperation with Adam Mickiewicz University and Centre for European Legal Studies of the Law Faculty of the University of Cambridge and was awarded with the Diploma in English and European Union Law. A member of the specialist team for family businesses.

An author of publications related to the law of commercial companies in specialist press and co-author of the book „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses.

In 2012 she joined the legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
