Justyna is Head of Corporate Legal Advisory team. She specializes in providing legal services to foreign entities and supports them in processes of setting up, reorganisations and ceasing business activity in Poland. She provides ongoing advisory services for Polish and foreign companies in terms of corporate law, labour law and civil law. She participates in restructuring projects, projects related mergers and acquisitions and legal due diligence.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics. She successfully completed course entitled Introduction to English Law and the Law of the European Union and was awarded with the Diploma in English and European Union Law. A member of the specialist team for family businesses.
An author of publications related to the law of commercial companies in specialist press and co-author of the book „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses.
In 2012 she joined the legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
