Biography
For more than a decade, Justyna has been advising Polish and international entrepreneurs on establishing and running businesses, as well as on complex corporate, commercial, civil law, and compliance matters. She specializes in corporate governance, corporate housekeeping, business reorganizations, ownership restructuring projects, and matters involving shareholder relations and corporate bodies.
She supports clients in both day-to-day corporate matters and the execution of complex strategic initiatives. Her clients include privately owned businesses, as well as large domestic and international corporate groups. She helps them grow their businesses safely, implement ownership and organizational changes, and effectively manage legal risks arising from their operations. Combining expertise in corporate, commercial, civil, and compliance law, Justyna provides comprehensive legal support that takes into account both legal and business considerations. She is particularly focused on delivering practical solutions that enable clients to achieve their business objectives while mitigating legal risks.
As Head of the Corporate Advisory Team at Grant Thornton Legal, she leads advisory projects for clients across a wide range of industries and sectors. As an attorney-at-law and Compliance Officer, she works closely with business owners, management boards, and company representatives on strategic decisions relating to the operation and development of their businesses.
She joined Grant Thornton in 2012.
