The client is a large international corporation headquartered abroad, operating in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of its structure, it has a branch in Poland, employing several dozen employees under employment contracts.
HR support in an international corporation
The client required support in two key areas. First, it was necessary to adapt corporate procedures to Polish regulations. Second, the company expected ongoing operational HR support, including:
- support in employee onboarding,
- efficient collection of employee documentation,
- gathering data necessary for payroll preparation,
- systematic organisation of HR documentation,
- support in implementing HR and payroll processes and assessing them against Polish requirements,
- ongoing contact with employees in Poland.
Proposed and implemented solutions in the music industry company
In line with the client’s expectations, we introduced effective solutions that not only ensured full compliance of HR activities with Polish law, but also significantly increased the efficiency of internal processes. We focused on improving the onboarding process, which was a priority area for the client. As part of ongoing support, we launched the HR Assistance service. This includes appointing a dedicated person responsible for collecting and organising HR data, which resulted in improved work organisation and internal communication
