Biography
Łukasz participates in projects in the field of capital transactions. He provides legal assistance in cases related to the commercial companies law, civil law and labor law.
Trainee attorney-at-law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. A participant of national scientific conferences in the field of commercial law. A graduate of educational program “Pracownia Liderów Prawa”, organized by the Institute of Justice.
In 2018 he joined legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
